“ Every time Ive been here the workers have been incredibly kind. The last two visits were especially amazing. Unfortunately their correct names have not been on the receipt. Otherwise I would shout them out. I submitted surveys for them so hopefully thats recognized. The only thing I cannot stand is that they dont offer tips when you pay with a card or electronically. They only have a tip box for cash. Obviously a good amount of people dont carry cash anymore and its incredibly upsetting that I cant tip the really kind workers. Please offer a tip section upon check out. I looks like the Revel system so I know they can offer a tip option. Please off a tip section upon check out. ”

I was happy to wait for the cookies and the staff was sweet and chatted me up a bit to keep me company. When they finally came out, I couldnt wait to try them and immediately ate one in the car lol. So delicious and Id highly recommend. I also ordered the peanut butter cookie and that was amazing. I think my fave cookie place in the city. Come here for the friendly service and yummy dessert!! ”
“ Ive been hooked on the Oatmeal Chocolate Walnut Deluxe cookie ever since I first tried it. Its warm, gooey, and full of flavor. I could eat a dozen of them except its puke! And the other cookies are just as good. They come out of a warming tray nice and hot, ready to eat immediately. Im not usually a fan of national chains, but this Insomnia Cookies location is an exception. Their employees are nice and Damond in particular is fantastic. The service is great, the cookies are amazing, and the atmosphere is fun. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a delicious dessert. ”
